Our core service revolves around instantly delivered photos as we see the immense value and convenience in this model. We do however offer a non instant service (at no change to the fee). Contact us today to book a photographer.
Does a guranteed booking have any hidden clauses?

If your booking is made within 48 hours outside of the event date we cannot guarantee your booking. We will however ensure our best efforts to trying to find a postitive outcome.
What kind of training do your photographers undertake?

Outside of their extensive industry experiance, our professional photographers participate in frequent ELEMENTICE workshops that both push their photographic capabilities and also educate them in developing technology.
As a brand, how can l measure the effectiveness of images captured?"

As the event organiser you have access to real time analytics via a preassigned login portal.
Can you provide videography as well?

Yes, however for large scale productions we work alongside our production partner, Sidestage Production Services.
